Hello,

My name is Julie Shannon Williams. I help people of all ages struggling with chronic pain using evidence based and affordable practices to get back to life connecting with loved ones, and moving with more ease. Western medicine alone does not have the answers to help those living with chronic pain. The opioid crisis is a growing example of this. This has been an emotionally painful process and problem…until now.

I have created a robust, evidence based program that gets you back to living the life you deserve with the ones you love!

I’ve spent the last decade implementing what I’ve learned, and sharing it with numerous clients that have each experienced success in changing their pain, and getting back into life and relationships they love. Non pharmacological alternatives, such as yoga therapy, are needed at this time to shine light on and educate about the autonomic nervous system, how it works, and how the brain and body respond to pain.
