FAQ

Yoga has surpassed opioids as a beneficial tool for pain management! Learning how yoga can help one move amidst the pain as well as calm the nervous system are important key elements to influencing and changing your pain.

Each class is geared for all to be able to participate at the level they desire. Movements are a suggestion, and YOU are given full permission each class to participate as able, or visualize any movement/cueing that might not be appropriate for you that day. Joining in this virtual community helps with the feeling of isolation that often accompanies persistent pain.

These classes are offered 2 months on, and 2 months off, every other week. They are 1 hour long, live virtual sessions. You can sign up for 1 class, or join in on all 4 classes for each series! Please note: starting in 2026, this schedule will change to 3 months on, 1 month off!
