This therapeutic, adaptive, virtual class promotes well-being through correct posture, breath and guided movements. It gently lengthens, stretches, and opens the body while bringing awareness as well.
In this class, we will relax and rejuvenate our bodies and minds while improving flexibility and mobility. All are welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary.
