The course work is done in the privacy of your own home with your individual schedule in mind. You can complete each week’s lessons when you’d like, and will log on to the content by yourself.
My ask is that you complete each week’s content on time, so at the time of the LIVE Webinars, we will all be on the same page, and can move through the 8 weeks together as a community.

If this is a valid question in your mind, then this course is definitely for you! I am a certified yoga therapist which is very different than a yoga teacher. There are less than 4,000 of us on the planet! I was trained by many medical providers and mental health professionals to get to this space and be able to create this specialized program. I have also been an educator for over 25 years, and have taught yoga for 15 years. You are in good hands with me!
Disclaimer: There are valid reasons your pain DOES NOT show up on x rays, MRIs & CT scans. Pain neuroscience education is not currently taught in the medical industry at this time, so chronic pain unfortunately remains a mystery to many in western medicine. My goal is to help change that!
Finally…you do not need to prove to me that you are in pain. I believe you.

No. Even if you have never done yoga before, you will be able to join in on all of the movement and breathwork practices included in this content. I swear I will NEVER ask you to do any of the pretzel poses you see on magazines!! All can be done from the seat of a chair. You do not need to sit down on a yoga mat or the floor to sign up for this course. All are welcome!!

The cost for the 8 Week Module Course is normally $888. The cost for participating in the pilot program is 50% off. You pay $444.
